Who we are
Owners of Dialogue Associates, founders and trustees of the Academy of Professional Dialogue, and pioneers in Professional Dialogue stretching back over four decades.

Peter met David Bohm in 1983 and worked with him for eight years to conceive of a new kind of dialogue where people think from the perspective of the whole and together learn to understand each other and their common situation. He co-founded Prison Dialogue, Dialogue Associates, and the Academy of Professional Dialogue. Author of A New Kind of Dialogue (2021) and editor of The World Needs Dialogue! publication series.

Jane joined Peter in Prison Dialogue in 1999 and has since worked across sectors and countries, engaging executive teams through the whole organisation down to the shop floor. Co-founder of Dialogue Associates, and trustee and co-founder of the Academy of Professional Dialogue. Host of A New Kind of Dialogue podcast, and director of Dialogic Classroom, a programme introducing dialogue into primary schools internationally.
